  • 2 cups of ice + water, 2 peeled & quartered beets, 3 stalks of celery, 1 inch of peeled and chopped ginger, ¼ cup of pomegranate juice, 1 peeled and quartered orange. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for at least 2 minutes (until smooth). Makes 2 servings – so enjoy today and tomorrow!
