Can you do this even if you’re on birth control?
While you won’t get the full benefits of cycle syncing because you are not experiencing ovulation and the normal hormonal fluctuations, I do believe that you could benefit from some of the strategies I share. If you are thinking about getting off birth control soon, preparing and supporting your body ahead of time is a good idea. The strategies in this course can help do that.
I’m SUPER busy…is this going to be too difficult for me to implement?
The stratgies in this course will actually help alleviate the stress and overwhelm that comes with being busy.
